Pit Beauty wants its customers to be happy with their experience using our cosmetics. Our goal is to create long-term relationships with Pit Beauty fans, and ensuring customers are satisfied with our products is key. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your Pit Beauty products, with the exception of gift cards, you’re welcome to return or exchange them within 60 days of purchase. Pit Beauty doesn’t accept gift card returns.

If returning or exchanging a product from a collection, the entire collection must be returned in order for a refund or exchange to be initiated.

For orders paid by credit card or PayPal, Pit Beauty will credit your account within 14 business days of Pit Beauty receiving the return. The credit should appear on your next billing statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Optionally, Pit Beauty can issue a gift card for the value of the return. For orders paid by gift card, Pit Beauty will exchange the item.

If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you’ll be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

To submit a return or exchange, simply mail the product along with your order number, the original or scanned receipt printed, as well as the reason for your return, written on the invoice, to the address below. If you don't have a receipt, we may ask for further information to better assist in your return. There are no restocking fees on returns.
